Thank you ! I always aim to lose 2lbs a week ... but ... I'm weeks behind ... so this time, I'm just trying to take it a day at a time. Recently I've gained 8lbs ... so I'm just trying to stop gaining first ! Feeble goal I know ... but I have to conquer this if I can even think of reducing. What are your current goals ?
Me too, I had my settings at 2lbs a week but I changed it a few days ago to 1.5lbs a week because I felt like I needed more calories for now. I'm gaining too so just working on that too. And short term goal is 240lbs!0 -
