    04.04: walked roughly 10km today while sightseeing. No idea how to count that due to walking slowly, stopping, looking and more sightseeing.
    05.04: same as previous day, about 12km of sightseeing I think. I'll count this as y for now.
    08.04: 32 mins running (didn't count the day I traveled back home even if I walked for quite a bit. It was just too disconnected)

    I might have a foot injury, or just tight muscles. Not sure yet. Running kind of worked, but could not walk home afterwards.

    Running went a bit better than last time. Foot still hurts, but not that much anymore. Slow month, but that's fine.

    Decided to also add up the intensity minutes my garmin watch records. I know my HR zones and as such every bit of movement over 10 minutes gets counted relatively reliably. This is for those moments where I cycle through town or walk around but don't record exercises. I do this quite a bit as I don't use my car very often.

    Interestingly, I had two days with exactly 4 intensity minutes :D
