My NSV is that my 22 year old son decided he is eating too much fast food and wants to lose some weight so… he came to me. Guys… he was like “I have no idea what I’m doing” and “you do” 💪
So my NSV is someone thinking I have lost enough weight to know what might help them.39 -
One sports bra 2 nsvs--> i favour jockey sports bras as they're very comfortable and give great support and their largest size fits me well. I usually have to discard them in 8 months as they tear easily coz I have(had?yay!!) a broad chest and thick arms. I'm still using the same ones since the past one year and a half despite doing a lot of exercise like HIIT and did a bit of dancing too in them. 2) i dont require anyone's assistance to pull down the sports bra as i have visibly reduced from shoulder down i can do it on my own now ☺️☺️20

If only the dog had opposable thumbs and could make himself useful. “Hey, Bucko! Could ya pull this thing down for me? I’m tangled and my arms are clamped to my ribs like a straitjacket with T-Rex hands.”
There is no torture worse than dealing with a sports bra when you’re sweaty or have just jumped out of the shower.

I love front-zipped M&S sports bras for that very reason. Very comfortable and no sweaty contortions necessary6 -
I woke up this morning weighing 6 lbs more than I did a month ago. Rather than getting mad or blaming myself, I took a deep breath, recalculated my calories back to 2 lbs a week, added some extra fruit+veggies to my day, and decided to take my dogs for a long walk.28

Yesterday I wore a pair of jeans I couldn't zip up three weeks ago.
Today, when I felt upset, I took the dog for an extra walk instead of walking myself into the kitchen. ;-)25 -
Having some form of intentional exercise for every day this week.15

I had a light dinner and thought about a scoop of ice cream. I have the calories. Then I decided that actually what I really wanted was hot tea. So I had that instead. If I decide I want the ice cream later, I can have it, or I can just roll with the food I've eaten today and leave the ice cream in the freezer. It's nice.21

I have quads!22 -
When I first joined the site, I didn't have a profile pic. Today, I took down a thinner profile pic and put up a fat one. I don't feel self-conscious.22

Ha! Thank you!
Thank you Ann! Those squats are paying off.6 -
I overate yesterday. The NSV is that I logged it all and am back on track yesterday. I also looked through my health app and realized I'm right at ovulation which explains the overeating and helps me feel less bad about it.22

I am eating within my calorie range … yep that is a NSV!18

I went to Walmart today and bought shorts and swimsuit bottoms in a smaller size than last year. That's an NSV in itself, but another one is that I plan to wear shorts this Summer at all.28
