    What are you using to monitor calories and what daily exercise routine are u following?

    For me personally I weigh and measure all my food and water intake and track it in this app to make sure I am staying close to my Calorie goal. I calculate my meals before I eat them so I don’t go over, or over too much. I also used a BMR + TDEE calculator to find my proper calorie deficit and changed it in this app because the standard 1200 MFP sets is no longer recommended by most professionals. For workouts I do a variety but mostly walking. I always take a walk for 15-30min after each meal daily, through out the week I do a dumbbell workout, stationary bike, and some GrowWithJo workouts on YouTube. Saturday and Sunday are my rest days so I only do my after meal walks. I’m also doing intermittent fasting. I stop eating by 4pm and start eating between 8-9am.
