    I did mine at hated every minute of it! It's going to take a LOT for me to follow through on this! I am so bad with ab work!

    i did 25 this morning 15 normal situps and 10 crunches man i have a bad back hubby was right lol but i pushed threw it oh yeah my puppy thought i needed a little extra weight during my situps and sat and my stomach lol hey talk bout a work out with a 25 lbs beagle on you lol

    Good morning.. I got 50 in this morning.. I broke it up into 2 sets and I was burning bad.. I am so bad with ab work.. I have this hope they will one day fix them selves with me giving no effort.. Yea right! So I know that isn't going to happen..

    I love this challenge and can't wait to see my results in 30 days..

    ajasiak - question for ya - are we going to do any measurements??

    Just so everyone knows full sit ups are really bad for you!!! I read up on it when the 200 challenge started up.

    Yes I read that too about full sit ups.. I was told a long time ago to do crunches only.. I could say I have a bad back but I know it's only cuz I am overweight..

    So is it ok to do just crunches?? I think we might need clarification on that.. A lot of people assume a sit up is a crunch...

    LADIES AND GENT CRUNCHES ARE INCLUDED. ANY FORM OF A SIT UP IS OK AS LONG AS YOU WORK THOSE ABS.:flowerforyou:

    EVEN THE MACHINE AT THE GYM WITH THE WEIGHTS WERE YOU DO CRUNCHES IS A GREAT ONE I RECOMMEND IT.

    Oh by the way starting 3/16/2009 NEW CHALLENGE!!!!!!!!!!!
    On top of the 100 sit ups / crunches a day you will be required to walk a minimum of 1 mile either outdoors or indoors ex: treadmill or elliptical.....:heart:
