    @jedaschultz Debbie, I’m so sorry to hear you are having trouble with vertigo. It’s a horrible feeling. Do you have someone who can help you with the Epley maneuver? It helps me. I bought a DizzyFix device because I was having so much trouble for awhile. No affiliation yada yada.

    I eat salt when I want a snack. That’s better for me than crackers because cracker carbs add up too fast and it’s really hard to eat a lot of straight salt. And it seems to keep the foot and leg cramps away.

    Weaknesses: sweets after a meal, bad knees, lack of freggies in diet.
