I started intermittent fasting at the end of March and weigh in on a Sunday, so my weigh in days are actually the day before the dates shown. Fast days are 1000-1200 cals per day (I do 3 p/w) and non-fast days are 1800-1900 cals per day (4 p/w). I'm in rehearsals for a show twice per week (show will be end of June into beginning of July), and dance class once per week. I also walk with a friend 1-2 days p/w, and have just got a new bike, so will be cycling 1-2 days p/w. My goal weight is 68kg (so 40.7kg total from my start weight).

I think my bigger body is fighting for more food so I am going to have to plan more volume with less calories and carbs to get through this. According to Fitbit, I’ve had more sleep last night but I feel hungover. Is there such a thing as a food hangover?

I am a 5'4" 60 year old retiree living in upstate NY. I started back up using MFP on January 3rd but did not weigh myself for the first time until February 7th.

Last week's successes: Stayed within my daily calorie goal every day and within my macros most days. Jury duty made it challenging since it left me less time to exercise or meal plan/prep. I also ate or ordered meals out 4x during the week. Frankly I did not feel like I had lost anything so was surprised to see that I had dropped 6/10ths
This week's challenges: Get back on my normal exercise schedule and stay within macros every day of the week. Mother's Day may be more difficult since we will be eating out yet again. Last week I did get on a bicycle for the first time in years, but was only able to go a little over a mile in 8 minutes before my legs were screaming at me. This week's challenge will also be to do at least 10 minutes per day and try to work my way up to 15 minutes within the next couple weeks.

05/07 …..201.0 ….. (Trend weight 202.8) Yay, trend weight down from 203.0 and 2.4 lbs down on the scale. I felt pretty week yesterday. I think sugar was up from stress. Having trouble with my primary handyman (the slow one) so I’m going to have to replace him. Only 3200 steps yesterday but, of course, my appetite never suffers. I found myself eating a little more healthy when my daughter brought home a rotissary chicken and bread cut into teeny tiny little slices. A much small quantity than usual. Pay attention Donna! Remember, you can’t outrun the fork! Less food works! Anyhoo, good luck everyone this round. Let’s get ready for many sunny days ahead!

It gives me hope. I hope you all will enjoy a beautiful day. I will be taken out for dinner but will try to choose wisely. Ah, so many flowers delivered to me by our new florist in the next town. What thoughtful kids I have!
05/09 …..200.8 ….. (Trend weight 202.5) I just couldn’t get full last night! Luckily I had a good day full of mindful choices which ended up offsetting it. Down 0.2 is better than the gain I expected. I’ll be watching the scale, sometimes it creeps up later!

Last week's successes: Stayed within my daily calorie goal 6 out of 7 days and within my macros most days. I'm back on track with my meal prep and am now up to 12 minutes on the bicycle before my legs start to scream. Exercised 6 out of 7 days, 342 total minutes.
This week's challenges: Work my way up to 15 minutes per day on the bike. Add more stretching exercises to my routine, at least 10 minutes per day.

Last week's successes: Stayed within my daily calorie goal every day and within all my macros most days. Exercised 446 minutes total. Added more stretching exercises to my routine.
My weight has finally dropped below 200 for the first time in over 10 years.
This week's challenges: Continue working on my stamina with the bicycle. My leg muscles are having a hard time getting used to it. I will be away from home this weekend and out of my normal routine. Staying within my calories and macros will be more difficult but I should be able to get the exercise in to help counteract it.
