    May 4: 173.0 Expected way higher than yesterday so this is OK
    May 5: 171.8 First weight <= UGW so now I have to maintain it.
    May 6: 173.2 Expected rebound so will simply carry on. The large fluctuations are starting to bother me.
    May 7: 174.5 See!
    May 8: 176.4 Finally an expected big weight jump from over-eating. Time to get strict - again.
    May 9: 176.7 Schedule requires "strict" starts tomorrow.

    March and April were a bust (birthdays, vacation, my pole studio shut down).
    But May is looking promising (new pole studio, half marathon training, fitness challenge at work).

    I don't weigh myself everyday.

    Heaviest weight: 212 lbs
    May start weight: 177.4 lbs
    May goal weight: 175.9 lbs

    2020: lost 24.4 lbs
    2021: lost 5.1 lbs

    Jan lost: 0.5 lbs
    Feb lost: 0.5 lbs
    Mar gain: 1.6 lbs
    Apr gain: 4.5 lbs

    Pretty mild day yesterday, had another awesome turkey salad with the kalamata olives and balsamic vinegar and oil. I think that will be a keeper for summer!

    May 9: 282.4 I don't much count this weight. I took it after my work night and without adequate sleep. I had my planned "cheat" day today, so we shall see what the scale reads tomorrow!

    Any loss is nice to see, very close to my May goal, we will see how the rest of the month goes. I would love to be well below it! I am feeling very motivated today. Protein drink for breakfast, will have some tuna salad for lunch, and have some ground turkey out for some sort of dinner.

    Did well with food yesterday and is showed. Still doing a couple walks a day, need to do more bodyweight in prep for getting back to the gym.
