Well, this was a good 100 days for me. I reached my goal weight (168 pounds - normal BMI - 125 pounds lost in total), and then settled on a plan to get into 160-165 and maintain there.
Who knows what the future will hold, but it's been an amazing journey.
Today (Day 100) actually represented the first weigh-in where my weight was in what I intend to be my maintenance range, so that was exciting too.
Thanks for all the support, encouragement, ups and downs! It's great walking this journey with friends.2 -
