28 and 220lbs need buddies with the same goal.

Hi I’m 28 and 220 lbs I need to lose quiet a bit of weight. I’m walking around a total of four miles a day and trying to do better at logging in everything on here. Any tips would be great.

    Hi there welcome to MFP, I'm on a big journey too my current goal is to lose 170lb so far i have lost 32lb so 138 to go, some day are harder than others, i will add you as a friend and we can talk more if you like :)

    Hi there! I am new here too. I’m 42 and weigh about 220. My goal is to lose 60 lbs. I’ve been working out 3-5 times a week (a mix of swimming, bike, treadmill and elliptical alone with weights) but I need to get the eating side of things sorted too. It’s all about balance, you know? So I am working on logging and hoping to find some similarly motivated folks to encourage and be encouraged by along the way.
