    My name is Donna. I am 62 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall.

    May 11….. 204.0…..(Trend Weight: 202.7)….. My birthday yesterday. I thought my dinner out yesterday was very reasonable. Very light breakfast and applesauce for snack. Hmph! Maybe birthday and mother’s day all coming at me at once on the scale. Tonight, another dinner for birthday. Home cooked meal with steak, potato etc. at one of my children’s houses. I’ll keep my day light again. Maybe get out more and MOVE in the yard. Not the present I wanted to give myself!

    May 18….. 204.4…..(Trend Weight: 203.2)….. Dinner out with one of my children last night. Late Mother’s Day dinner. Mexican. Today is my PC doctor appointment and glucose check. I know it won’t be good. I am beginning to suffer from severe Acid Reflux again. All the problems of obesity are returning. I know I have to get more serious and stay more consistent or more trouble is coming.

    May 25….. 203.2…..(Trend Weight: 203.2)….. About last night……Meals were good and spaced out nicely thanks to a long hair appointment. Snacks last night not so good. Ate all my emotions. The handyman who was working on my kitchen called me last night and quit because he got a really good job call he’d applied for months ago. I can’t say I blame him. I get it. In this rural area jobs are tough to find, especially for men. But Now what? Mini-Donuts do not fix the problem folks and I need to remember that! I justified it by drinking them with water instead of milk. Who am I fooling? Just keeping it honest here and I hope someone will get something, maybe some strength or resolve today when they want to grab a no-no. At this point all I can add is The truth of overweight and spiraling out of control at times. I promise, I will inspire again as I gain my own strength and resolve back!
