I set up my account a long time ago but am just now getting to using it. I was told that counting macros is best for me, how can I tell if that is what my account is set up to do? Also how do I know how many carbs, protein and fat I should set it to?
Thanks,
Thanks,

What type of diet are you planning for yourself? What are your goals?1

I am about 90% Paleo with a very small amount of dairy every now and then. I am wanting to lose weight and tighten up.0

I would say macros are very customizable. If you tap on your calories you can get a breakdown of macros.
I would definitely keep protein relatively high, about .7g per pound of bodyweight as a minimum. I would just let carbs and fats fall into place, unless your fats start to get pretty low. Personally I find anything below 35g of fat to be pretty miserable.
I should also add that if you go (on the app) into the bottom right and press “more” you can customize your diary through that1 -

I dont know much about Paleo but I did DDG it and went to the Mayo Clinic's site for some background. There are dozens of site to discuss the ins and outs; I highly recommend that you gain as much knowledge on your diet as possible before diving too far into it... you could do more harm than good.
Good luck with your journey and as always, feel free to add me as a friend for support and encouragement.1 -
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but if you've decided to commit to a diet that eliminates large categories of food, but you don't know enough about this diet to know what an appropriate macro distribution would be, maybe you should do some more research from reputable sources.5

The look of this app is different today. Where do I enter my daily weight?0

Has this been answered? Since the new design I can’t find where to put in my daily weight0

On the Android app, one scrolls down to the bottom of the dashboard page, finds the "Weight" card under "Progress", and clicks on the plus sign at the upper left of that card.0 -

On the Android app, one scrolls down to the bottom of the dashboard page, finds the "Weight" card under "Progress", and clicks on the plus sign at the upper left of that card.
On the iOS app: Scroll down to the Weight graph and click on the graph. This will take you to the familiar looking page to see your progress and enter a new weight.0
