Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

I'll be back on the 20th after vacation! No scale and not likely to check in as I won't have a computer (the app gives me more problems than it's worth....)

Hello everyone!
This will be my first time joining the challenge.
This will also be my third and final time losing a large amount of weight.
I previously lost 112 lbs 11 years ago, then gained 80lbs after the birth of my youngest two children.
I jumped back on the wagon and lost 120lbs.
After some personal issues in 2020, I gained 80lbs again. This time seems to be harder, for some reason.
So, I’m just looking for some accountability. I hope everyone had a good Monday!

Okay. I'm in! I've been stuck for a long time. I'll lose weight during the week but gain it back over the weekend. My husband and I are very active (e.g. bike 50 miles on a Saturday), but we also like to check out music at local breweries on the weekend.

Thanks @quiltingjaine for another round! This is #2 for me. I’m a 40 year old single mom with sole custody of my two younger children (oldest is grown). I let stress & depression take control of me years ago and when the pandemic hit that surely didn’t help. Once upon a time I was a fitness buff. Now I’m trying to shed my biggest gain ever (more than any pregnancy) and rebuild muscle. Still battling some long CoVID symptoms but determined to get back into shape & do the things I love. Started this journey 4/4/22 at 180lbs.
