Today was the first walk. From a life of bodybuilding, CrossFit, always active personal training and nutrition to eating very poorly doing nothing at all exercise wise my body is damaged. My goal is 155 that's healthy for me. Starting again at 53 is so hard, I'm at 218 and I know how I got here. The proper eating well be next week today is just eating less carbs less sugar and going 9-7 with eating. It's not fasting but it's my start. I have support and I love that. Nothing but gratitude. Push others up and they will pull you up with them.

You're off to a positive start, Cammie! Speaking as someone who lost weight at age 59-60, I get that it's a big life change . . . but so worthwhile, as you know from your past. You can do this. I'm cheering for you from the sidelines!1
