Chicken over brown rice. Side of edamame & corn. I cooked the chicken and onions in a mix of hoisin and soy sauce. Topped everything with the usual sesame seeds and other Asian seasonings.

Breakfast at the hotel before work. I have to go and pick up a rental car (my 3rd of this trip so far, I’ve been in town only a few hours). Hope the rest of the trip goes smoothly!4 -
It's half past 2 here and I've not eaten yet today so just made a huge turkey and proscuitto salad with plenty of greens from my garden 😊

egg white omelette with lots of veggies and some 'cloud' bread. (not bad for around 100 calories🙂)2 -

Just got back from visiting my mom in Canada. It stresses her out to play hostess so we stayed in hotel in Little Italy and ate pretty well.

Dinner out with a girlfriend at a tapas bar.

First night of cooking in ages. Grilled whole seabass, lentils, green salad, Chinese aubergine salad.

Mexican food while on a work trip. Being a Texan transplant to the upper Midwest US is hard.4 -
Breakfast at home after a week of travel.3 -
Burgers. We didn't like the potato croquettes or onion rings from the deep freezer section of the supermarket that we popped into the air fryer. Everything else (fried onions, lettuce/tomato/pickles and coleslaw was pretty good.

Bagged Chopped salad from the store. Spaghetti. Garlic bread. Carb heavy but it was good.3 -
Sautéed Argentinian red shrimp with soy and miso added, jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk and Thai Mango Chili chopped salad. Salad from a kit.

Salad with goats cheese, homemade croutons and blueberries, delicious!5 -
Sandwich steak cooked in butter w garlic salt pepper and thyme. Broccoli w the same and some white rice.3 -
Air fried chicken tenders and tater tots. Chicken tenders coated in gluten free panko.
