Once a week, sometimes I may check it midweek if I've been eating too much but only post my weekly weight0

I lose the most consistently when I weigh myself every day. Sometimes I don’t weigh but once a week, or once a month even. It depends on how closely I’m monitoring what I’m doing.
I was super sick a couple weeks ago and I ate as close to maintenance as I could because I was not trying to add stress to my body. I’m feeling better so I’m trying to get back on track with my deficit and my weigh ins.3 -
Once a week after my morning walk, nekkid, and then log the average on here at the end of the month.2

Once a week on Monday. Weighing more often is a waste.2

When I know Ive gained weight never! When I'm losing I do every day and when I'm at my right weight unless I get to comfortable....

At the moment I'm weighing daily. The ups don't trigger me because I know it's normal to fluctuate. I've also been finding it interesting to see what my body does at different stages of the month over time.6

Sometimes every day, sometimes once a week, other times not for 10 days! However, I do find that I stay on track with my meal plans better when I weigh in more frequently. And also that when I don't want to weigh in that it's a good indication that I have over-indulged in something and want to avoid stepping on that scale.1

I think it's a matter of figuring out what works best for you. With rare exceptions I weigh myself once per week. I have been down this road before and I know that my mind cannot handle the normal daily fluctuations that occur throughout the week.1

Daily, every morning naked after loo. This way I gained a valuable understanding of how weight fluctuates throughout the week. For example, before home office my weight would reach a low on Monday morning and climb slowly until Saturday morning, then go down again. Bit of water weight from sitting in an office I suppose. I mostly sit cross-legged or 'odd' at home and this doesn't really happen.3

Daily on a trend app.0

Honestly weighing kinda excessively right now.
When i wake up, which is before work
After work when i get home.
And before bed.
Just enjoying seeing how my weight fluctuates throughout the day/week. I do not let the small changes up or down effect me too much.2 -
About once every 2 weeks1

Haven't weighed myself in probably... 7 months now0

Daily. I like having tons of data points to get a better understanding of how factors such as sleep, water intake, sodium consumption affect my weight over time1

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and I take the average as my weight. When I'm losing weight I typically eat in a deficit during the week and maintenance on the weekends so I don't touch the scale on Monday since I know my weight will be up due to water from consuming more calories and more digestive waste so it's not a particularly meaningful data point for myself.0

I used to weigh myself no more than twice per week, but now I'm weighing myself daily. It used to affect my mood and motivation if I saw the number on the scale go up, even a little bit. But I once saw someone on here comment that some people are "data junkies" and I realized that's me. It helped me reframe the way I saw weigh-ins from "checking if I've failed or not" to "data collection." I have so much less anxiety about the number on the scale since I started seeing it this way, and little bumps don't bother me - it's just data. And I looooove having all this data! Helps me understand better what my personal fluctuations look like and see trends more clearly.
I also weigh myself first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything, after I've used the bathroom. And no clothes. This helps the data be consistent as well - fewer factors impacting weight.2 -
I tend to check it daily but would prefer to check it weekly.0

Daily. As soon as I roll outta bed, make a trip to the loo, brush my teeth, and then step on the scale.1

I weigh every day and have for the last year (other than vacations). I am now in maintenance and figuring it out. I will likely weigh myself daily forever.0

every three weeks or so1

During my weight loss period, I weighed myself monthly. I've been maintaining my weight since 2015 and over the past 3 years or so, I've only weighed myself a couple of times.

everyday and take an average over the week1

I weigh daily. I feel that doing that gets me over scale phobia. When I did it once a week it seemed like a big thing. Doing it daily is just something that I do as a routine.1

Normally daily but today three times!
First thing in he morning (OK second thing...) lets me keep an eye on my weight trend and it's the trend that gives context rather than individual data points.
Today I was a couple of pounds up which puts me mid-point of my maintenance range but that 2lbs was most likely due to a salty dinner yesterday. As I know my trend there's no drama or surprise. And when that extra 2lbs goes there's no undeserved celebration either - just normal fluctuations.
Second weigh in was just before setting off on a hot and hilly bike ride.
Third weigh in shows despite drinking two full bottles of water and electrolytes during my ride I'm down 3lbs so I've got about 3 pints of rehydrating to do.
Just data for me.

I also find it depressing to see the "ups" even though they go down. Frankly I don't have time every morning. I keep my scale in the bathroom across the house from my bedroom. I have to be very organized in the am to get ready in a short amt of time. 🙂0
