Not really random but if you're sensitive to sugar alcohols, do NOT polish off a pint of one of the lower calorie ice creams in less than 24 hours (a taste when I got home from the market and the rest the next day) because 12 sugar alcohols later...
It *did* have 18 g of protein so go me!
