    I didn’t hit my goals yesterday or Monday due to feeling pretty rough but I’m 100% today!

    Going to get 14 cups of water!
    Do 100 standing push ups and squats!
    Hit my step goal for the first time in over a week, and close out all of my watch rings!
    Good goals should be easily hit since we stopped and restocked our groceries!

    Did not hit my water goals or steps and I overate again BUT I did do my push ups and squats and added about 10 minutes of upper body exercises in with a 10lb. dumbbell.

    Trying again for all today!

    @Mikeruns2021donotaddme Thank you. The last few gym sessions I have been doing the 500 reps in roughly an hour. I really like it.

    Dumbbell bicep curls 20lbsx10repsx5sets

    Hammer curls 20lbsx10repsx5sets
    Tricep kickbacks 15lbsx10reps, 12lbsx10repsx5sets

    Jumping jacks 50reps

    Bird dogs 10repsx5sets
    Sit ups 25repsx2sets

    Incline (1 notch) bench press 45lbsx10repsx5sets
    Overhead tricep extensions 15lbsx10repsx5sets
    Burpees (5 push-ups and 5 cricket climbers)x5sets

    500 reps in about an hour

    Crushed it! 🦾
