    Got all goals yesterday except the push-ups. Too many excuses, got a new plan for today. Todays goals are to drink 1 gallon of water, strength workout, run, 16000 steps, and 100 squats during work day. I think theyโ€™ll be easier to get them push-ups ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

    Getting back into it this week after a off running and soreness this weekend. My goals for today are to drink 1 gallon of water and run. Need to get back in track with avoiding junk but can only do that one day at a time ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

    Took a rest day after doing so well and ended up with almost an entire rest week that I absolutely did not need! ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Was so busy busy and all I was wanting to do while home was rest. And eat! ๐Ÿ˜– Weโ€™re back on the road now and Iโ€™ve already gotten started on my 100 push ups, brought some dumbbells with me and Iโ€™m going to try out some other upper body burns too!

    I didnโ€™t hit my goals yesterday or Monday due to feeling pretty rough but Iโ€™m 100% today!

    Going to get 14 cups of water!
    Do 100 standing push ups and squats!
    Hit my step goal for the first time in over a week, and close out all of my watch rings!
    Good goals should be easily hit since we stopped and restocked our groceries!

    Did not hit my water goals or steps and I overate again BUT I did do my push ups and squats and added about 10 minutes of upper body exercises in with a 10lb. dumbbell.

    Trying again for all today!
