Hi everyone! I am a week late but excited to find this challenge. I have neglected my nutrition the past few months between a house move and summertime fun. Feeling blah lately and wanting to look/feel good again! Hoping this group helps me stay accountable!

Decided to join a challenge for the first timeπ
Little background: I did really well with maintaining my weight loss for a good 5 years. But the last two have been a bit more challenging, Iβve not been active as regularly as usual and probably ate take-away at the most frequent rate I ever have before. Today I realised Iβve reached the highest numbers Iβve seen on the scale since 2014, so Iβm ready to join ππ½ββοΈ
Highest weight (2013): 71kgs/156.5 lbs
Maintenance weight during those 5 years: 56-58kgs/ 123.5-127.9 lbs
September starting weight: 66.2 kgs/145.9 lbs
September goal weight: 62kgs / 136.7 lbs
