Welcome to the community. 52 and I make sure to get my 10k daily. Combo of walking jogs or elliptical. Walking is always my fall back when injuries come up.3

55 here.Do a two mile walk every evening after work to wind down. Relaxing and calming.

Welcome Jaymme68, I'm 52 and I get some walking in every day. I would like to do more but since I almost lost my life due to an aneurysm in April 2022, I'm taking it slow.
