I’m traveling for a large part of the month for a family vacation and then a wedding. Honestly just hoping to stay around the same weight, but absolutely want to stay within my maintenance range.
Okay, this weight loss rate is not typical for me. These next two weeks will be a test of whether or not I can moderate myself in a non-stop social situation (we will be traveling with other people the entire time) and whether or not a year-plus of weighing/tracking my food will help me be a more intuitive eater. I plan to enjoy myself, but would still want to make sure my hard fought habits don't go away.7 -

Week 1 note: This week has been really good for me. Having this challenge in the back of my mind I’ve had to force myself out of my comfort zone. By doing that, I’m feeling more motivated and determined this week.
I’ve done three one-hour HIIT workouts since the initial weigh-in. Finding back to my energy and my motivation to eat more protein. If I have periods of little to no training, I find it so difficult to force huge amounts of protein in 😂
In my opinion, I find it so much easier to avoid binging or snacking when I’m eating big amounts of protein too, there just ain’t enough room for it.8 -

I am ready to go at this once again. Last month I lost zilch and year to date I am up 5. I swear if you have the formula for success please share because my plans are not working. A couple of years ago I went low carb and lost about 8 and quit yoyoing for once. I gained it back and then some last holiday season and just can not make any headway. Even low carb doesn't seem to work. However, I am continuing to battle on and confident I will figure this out at some point. Best wishes to all for a great month.
