I read that people actually sleep better when they wear socks. What say you?

This is not something I've tried before, but I'mma give the one sock a chance

I used to always need socks on my feet. Then the monsters started leaving me alone and now I only wear them when my feet are cold.

Deciding whether or not to wear socks to bed

If I wear socks to bed, never fails I kick them off.
I’m one of those people that sleeps with one leg under the blankets and one leg out.
    Internal thermostat is shot. 😀

My neighbour. Poor thing had some surgery and has had complications and now is looking at 6 more days in the hospital.

Sucks that we're moving out tomorrow and won't be able to help more

Does anyone here doodle when they are listening? I usually scribble scrabble and still participate and ask questions etc.

I got up to leave a meeting and somebody told me that they liked my drawings. I kind of laughed it off and they made a comment that it was my tool to help me listen. That is probably true but I felt self-conscious that they drew attention to it.

I’m extremely pissed that I somehow gave up on myself this summer. So pissed and mentally in a *kitten* place.

Not a happy “what’s on your mind” but an honest one.

I’ve met people from all over the world but I don’t think I’ve ever met a Californian.

    They’re probably not real.

    Like birds.

Glad you're enlightened. I had a flock of feathered mechanical surveillance drones just outside my window earlier, also I've never had covid because I'm not stupid enough to go near the local 5G tower.

Good thinking. Wish I had been as smart. My microchip has been acting up lately.

Being hungry for extended periods of time really stresses me out, it's almost as anxiety-inducing as being stuck in a locked bathroom. I wish I was one of those people who were not bothered by it and could go on with their day

That I now understand why all the people here complain about the drivers. They aren't D.C./Virginia Beach bad, but they are their own brand of terrible, offensive driving. :s

When I’ve been feeling like crap and I’m gaslighting myself into thinking I’m just lazy and undisciplined and then it turns out there really was an underlying reason and I am in fact unwell.

    I hope you're ok <3

Nothing serious but it’s good to know I’m not imagining things

Why did I think your Thanksgiving was at the end of this month? Now I need to Google Canadian holidays

I read this as "somewhere funny" and let me actually extend an invitation to everyone here--move to West Michigan, I can be hilarious at times
