    I’m looking for friends on here, most of the friends on my friends list don’t log in anymore. I’ve tried adding a few from here but if your profile is private, I can’t figure out how to send a friend request. Maybe bc I’m on my phone?

    I am sure there is a more efficient way, but this is what I’ve done when on my phone:

    Click the username, then copy the username when it pops up in the little box. Next, click the three horizontal lines on the top left of the screen to open the drop down menu. Click “Find Members”. Paste the username in the search box on the page that pops up, then click “Search” (green button).

    There is probably an easier way but this is what I do 🙂 also this is for an iPhone, not sure if it’s different for other devices.

    Well... I made it two weeks straight without disappearing... Which means I can socialize with fellow MFPers now without just never showing back up. Working on loss and minor muscle build. Recovering from surgery. Try to track good daily. Do drink, trying to not overindulge. Like to laugh and have fun with friends who help keep each other in line.

    This is my second attempt at using MFP. I love the community aspect of it and could really use some motivation. I have 56lbs to lose which I've done before, however I now have left leg paralysis and a back disorder so the exercises I used to do are no longer something I can do...so I'm really having to watch my calorie intake...no cheating for me :D

    Going from a continuous calorie deficit to 2 weeks maintenance, 2 weeks deficit in attempt to oost my metabolism and build strength while cutting fat.
