    I'm Chris - 72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    This is mostly about getting back into good routines. I have put on some pounds during the summer and started "slipping" with a lot of late-night snacking. I used to be 230-ish lbs a couple of years ago and really don't want to go back.

    October 1: 143.0, started TOM super bloated and have camp this weekend where bad eating and some drinking happens. (Last weekend thank goodness)
