I am in GA, and my first challenge. My highest weight was 311 in August 2017. I joined MFP in September 2018 at 268 pounds. I came back on August 30, 2022 at 243.4 pounds. I am 6ft. I started walking Monday-Friday 2 weeks ago. I am happy to be in the challenge.

I completed my 10k race yesterday and Iβm very happy with my time and general performance. After being ill with covid 2 weeks ago I have definitely felt the impact of recovering and also missing a good week of training on my running.7 -
