Any " Alternative Treat" ideas to help keep us in line with all the candy and sweets around this time of year?
After dinner, I like to have a Root Beer Float with a small serving of light ice cream (1/2 fat ice cream vanilla slow-churned or Aldi Light Ice creams are great!) and pour a little bit of Zero calorie A&W Root Beer over it, YUM! So satisfying and under 100 cals.1 -

Honestly a bit disappointed with the scale today. Been weighing everything and consistently staying under calories. I also had about 8 workouts this week.. 6 HIIT sessions with a instructor and 2 walks. I’m not even gonna nudge a little on my calories, since I already feel I’m at the lowest I can be while working out this much. Hoping for a big whoosh effect on the scale soon.

10/17-200.6-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- I hope everyone will do their self breast check and schedule your mammogram. It saves lives and yours really matters! On the weight front, mine really went up due to much travel this past week, but I am making better choices when I’m on the road. Missing the movement and calorie burn though.

STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.
Challenge starting weight: 145.6
I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
My goal for this cycle will be 140#2021Sept. average weight= 145.56 was doing so well, but have really slipped!

Not happy with the increase but in all honesty I could have tried harder. My focus right now is just getting back to consistent logging. Originally I wanted to lose 20 by the new year but need to be more realistic. It was a battle to put down the pumpkin pie at Costco but glad I did because that number could be even higher. Once again will focus on logging and drinking water this week.
