Oct 14 187 was hoping lower with all the working out and working I’ve been doing but I know stress makes me just not lose.
Oct 21 188. Ugh. Seriously don’t understand. All I do Is workout and work. And it’s a job where I move all day. Maybe next week will be better. 🤞

🎃 Hi all, started my pre-wedding diet last week of September.. I have 8 months to lose 15kg.
🎃 Im currently calorie counting using MFP, with intermittent fasting & Whole Foods/ plant based. Really motivated for the first time since pre-covid!
🎃 October Start Weight: 75.2kg
October Goal Weight: 72kg
Ultimate Goal Weight: 60kg

For me, next week I know is my water retention week so going to keep weighing daily but reminding myself that this is normal & the changes are working underneath the hormones!

It's definitely frustrating when I've eaten well the day before and I drink lots of water and my weight goes up. I was really hoping for below 190 today. But I know it's not just the day before that determines today's weight. I need to just be consistent and stick with the process3 -

Oct 28 189 it’s so frustrating to keep seeing it go this high. When I’m stressed out I stay bloated and I could eat nothing and workout all day and the number would still go higher. Ready for the next chapter so I can be not stressed anymore. Hopefully that will be jan. Maybe sooner but doubtful.3 -
