    22.25/24hrs Very happy with this considering I started late in the month! I also didn’t count my activities outside of intentional exercise. Lol I run a small gardening company so I spend a minimum of 4hrs most days raking, digging, weeding and lifting things! I NEED purposeful exercise so that I’m fit enough to do my job forever!

    My Apple Watch states I recorded 37 hours 22 mins of exercise over 74 workouts.
