I’m doing this month a little differently… my goal is to stay less that 200 for this month. With all the festivities I wanted to be able to give myself a little wiggle room so I don’t get discouraged by the ups and downs. However, 200 is my nemesis weight 😂 and I DO NOT want to go over it! Hopefully this helps me to not go too crazy this holiday season! ❤️❤️Good luck everyone! ❤️❤️

12/01-198.4-(Trend Weight: 197.8)- I am keeping my weigh-ins on Tuesdays. I also always weight in on the first and last day of every month to see the entire month’s (hopeful) improvement. I am starting this month on a bloat day and after travel. The cardiology appt went very well. I don’t have to go back for 6 months. The goal now is to do the cardiac rehab for 12 weeks, twice per week. Also, to work on lowering my cholesterol. Of course, losing weight always helps so the journey continues for a healthier lifestyle and a healthier heart.

I have a habit of getting to my goal weight (usually around 120-125 lbs) by May, stop using this app, and reset on January 1. Trying to jump on here sooner so that I try to prevent more added weight around the holidays. I’m nervous to even weigh myself right now. But I’ll jump on the scale in the morning to update starting numbers. Thanks for the support- I am an emotional eater with precious eating and self image issues.
