After not losing anything last week, I was happy to see some type of loss even if it wasn't that big. I'm 161.60

I'm delighted and surprised I lost this week. My lower back has been giving me some problems. So I wasn't able to exercise very much this week. Good luck on the final week everyone!0

Unfortunately I had a gain. That just blows! but atleast I'm down from my weigh in on Monday for my Christmas challenge which was 161. So I guess that is a good thing.
