I have a habit of getting to my goal weight (usually around 120-125 lbs) by May, stop using this app, and reset on January 1. Trying to jump on here sooner so that I try to prevent more added weight around the holidays. Iโm nervous to even weigh myself right now. But Iโll jump on the scale in the morning to update starting numbers. Thanks for the support- I am an emotional eater with precious eating and self image issues.

72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
