My mini goal is getting out of the 180's permanently. Right now I keep fluctuating between 179 and 180. But I know from being on MFP before, this is normal and it will change.6

My mini goal is to go from being a smidge over 200lbs (and around 20% body fat) to under it by the end of this calendar year and to keep it off - permanently. Considering that 9 weeks ago I was at 235lbs and approximately 30% body fat, I’ve already come a long way.
End goal is to get to between 176-187 lbs and maintain it there while also getting my body fat down to around 15%.3 -
I am now in the overweight category instead of obese! My next mini goal is to maintain over the holidays and then lose 5 pounds over January and February and March to bring me to 153lbs. I'm losing slowly but I'm not gaining the weight back so it's working well for me.
My ultimate goal is to be 130lbs. I'll get there in due time.

Took a little longer than I hoped.. but weighed in at 128.5 this morning 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Setting my next goal at 122 by end of January. I plan to maintain over Christmas and new years. Reaching 122 would be 45 lbs lost 😳9 -
Super fear of type II diabetes. I found this article very interesting: https://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/985558?src=WNL_mdpls_221216_mscpedit_nurs&uac=157839PX&spon=24&impID=4993557 Going to start intermittent fasting to avoid it.

My health is number one, the rest is that I have always been stocky and not close to obese at 28%. I want to bulk up on some muscle and then calorie cut to show the muscles. I have never had any definition of muscle. I will be 50 in 18 months, so yeah no time to wait.4

i want to get my blood sugar down to normal. secondary goal is to strengthen legs and core.5

Not gaining 20 pounds over the holidays! I'm a cookie baker, and it is HARD! After all, you can't gift cookies unless you've tasted them, made sure they're up to par. Yep, that's my story and I'm stickin' to it!6

this morning, I was 239.8. So 2 lbs to go in less than a week, probably not a thing. But I still broke a zero I'm still counting it. And because I'm now traveling it will be see if anymore can come off by the 23rd.
edit. I must have either done bad math or gained after posting that mini goal. Because it was definitely down 4lb this morning. So sticking with the 5 lb plan, because not undoable.

THIS! I am 5 pounds out from being in the Overweight category...although by one chart it is only 4 pounds. 🤣 According to MFP...and I am doing everything I'm supposed to be doing....even over Christmas....it should take one month. I will report back when I've made it.

My immediate mini goal is to be able to do at least 5 proper pushups and at least 1 burpee. Getting out of the 190s will be a bonus.

So far I have lost 54 pounds since April 2022. My mini goal right now is losing another 15 pounds to finally get to a “normal” weight on the BMI scale.8
