My mini goal is to successfully do a 4 1/2 week cut for a 4-lb weight loss. I’m giving myself a tiny bit of leeway because I have two special events planned in that time that include food, and I intend to enjoy them.7

My next mini goal is to get into a size 8 jeans. I'm in a 10. I'd like to be in an 8 and am hoping to get there by Thanksgiving.9

Ordered a shirt from Kinda Fit Kinda Fat and it ended up being too tight for my liking. So my goal right now is too keep leaning out til it fits right8

My weightloss journey started at 405.5lbs.. right now I am at 252.4lbs. My mini goals are always just to get past the next 10..so at the moment to get below 250lbs. If you have that much to lose, small goals are much better. Thinking that I would need to lose 250lbs to be in a somewhat normal range at my hight would have just been completly overwhelming,and something I would have never imagined I could achieve.25

I'm 1lb away from being 179lbs...i've only been 179lbs twice in the last 8 years and have never managed to get below it, so my mini goal is to finally break that milestone14

To log daily. Stay under my calorie limit. And feel better. I’ve only got 1 lb to lose.

I've been obese since I was 10 years old, I was a plus size all my life. I've made great progress, lost 120 lbs, and I have 7.7 lbs to go as of this morning until I'm overweight on the BMI chart, not obese, and definitely not morbidly obese. A few weeks ago I came within 3 lbs. I'm so close I can taste it!19

My mini-goal is to fit into the jeans I bought that were too tight to get on because I would have been able to wear them a couple of years ago and that was the only size the store had in that particular pair. When I tried them on at home and realized they wouldn't fit, I almost took them back; then, I decided to try and get back into them.8

getting to 266 lbs, as that's halfway to my goal

Trying to break into the 160's. I've lost 25lbs so far in the past several months. I've been lingering in the 170's all of october and not staying disciplined with my caloric intake. I think I am rewarding myself for all the hard work (cheesecake, you know). The key is just consistent discipline, keeping the caloric intake to a minimum (healthy minimum) getting those steps in, and focusing on the goal. Maybe I should find some nice clothes to try to fit into in a smaller size.7

Okay, my mini goals have abruptly changed....I found out last night I'm pregnant so first pregnancy mini goal is....roughly maintain weight for 4 weeks. After that it's control weight gain the best I can within healthy boundaries of course. I guess my weight loss journey is on hiatus for the next 9 months or so 😆 BTW, my last mini goal was to get below 170. I dipped into 169 briefly but have been about 170 mostly so...not too bad.

My current mini goal to lose 25% of my starting body weight, which is 57.5 lbs. I am half a pound away from hitting that goal.
My next mini goal will be to lose 4 more lbs to drop from the 170's into the 160's and at that point I will have moved out of the obese weight range into the overweight range for my height.7 -
Having bigger hips for my man to grab onto, also getting a rounder booty2

I have been out of shape for the last 15 months and so my stomach has gotten to be pretty big. I have a thing for black fitted T-shirts and so as my stomach had gotten bigger, my shirts began to randomly rise up. Needless to say, it was unseemly. However, I enjoy wearing clothes that fit so a quiet goal for myself has been to beable to wear my fitted T-shirts again and look good in them. I tried on the other day and I have to say it was not as tight around the stomach as it used to be.11

Well I've made it as far as people knowing me as the big muscular guy in my non gym circles, now I want to get down and possibly step on stage and compete at least once9

My next mini goal is to break into the 140s. I'll be so close to my goal weight at that point.8

I want to get down to 245 pounds before Christmas. I'm already 253 pounds so nearly there12
