A week later and Iβm down to .8kg away from 95 mini goal πͺπ½πͺπ½
A fortnight later (thatβs two weeks for my American friends) Iβve blitzed right past my 95kg goal πππππ there isnβt a smiley enough face to convey my excitement and pleasure.
Next goal is 90kgs. Hoping to hit that goal by the end of October11 -
Well done !1

Goal #2 - obtain 31 inch waist by March
Goal #3 - join Air Force Reserves as officer and completely ace the physical fitness test.15 -
My mini goal is to get under 175. I'm at around 175.6-176 right now.

Avoiding the Halloween candy and getting to 175 by Halloween.6

My goal is to get to at least 90kg at the end of the year and make protein rich foods to try. I'm currently at 103 kg (checking every 2 days) and losing 1 to 2 pounds a week as long as i eat less and control the servings i eat.6

Tracking everything...but FOR REAL...actually using the tools I've invested in...MyFitnessPal, my Apple Watch, my scale, my food scale. I want results!12

My mini goal is to be able to take the dog for a walk around the block and still be able to walk without my feet hurting.7

Mini goal is to lose the vacation weight and get back under 183 (weighed 185.5 this morning). That and get back to actually tracking what I eat. All things considered, only gaining 2.5 pounds (some of which is probably water weight) isn't all too bad. I'll lose it before the end of the month, and then I'll be back on track toward my goal weight. Only 12 pounds before I'm a healthy BMI, 20.5 until goal weight!9

My mini goal is also my total goal. I have 2 pounds to reach my initial weight loss goal. I've lost 110 pounds by just addressing one mini goal after another. My highest weight was 245 (I'm 5'3" and 71 years old) in 2000, but lost 80 most recently with the use of MFP (mostly logging and friends) and Keto, adapted as I see fit. It was initially fast (and STILL is fast when I go back to the basics), but generally it has taken a while. The story of my weight loss journey will be featured in the 11/17 Woman's World magazine. I strongly believe that you can pick your weight and achieve it. You do, however, need to walk the walk. It takes work but I've enjoyed each and every step. -Gina17

I'm now in my smaller (not small for most, but for me yes) a size 16, and want to be in a 14 soon. How? By watching calories within 1250 cals and exercise averaging 30 mins a day. Its very light exercise, stretches, light yoga, walking, but not fast. I can't walk fast due to my breathing. I'll aim for 10 mins at a time 3 times a day.10

I got a upcoming music festival I'm going to that I'm excited for.
Want to look better for it. Singlet, shorts, hat, more defined arm muscles.
Then after that mini goal, I'm travelling overseas in first half of the year so want to look good for that as well!5 -
We are 45 days from our Key West vacation! We live in Florida so we can go to the beach any day we want to, but I want that β90 miles to Cuba β Southernmost US point marker picture with my beautiful family to be awesome. It will be full body length, and something I want to keep, so I want it to be great.10

Iβm back on the weight loss train after ignoring creeping weight gain coupled with burn out, have gained around 12.5 kg.
Current mini goal is for my jeans to fit nicely again, this time last year they were loose on me π also to zip my running jacket over my hips instead of lifting it to my waist.7 -
the fact I have no mini goals or motivation. it's just straight discipline now6

You all are inspiring me and Karen that is hilarious! I am going to clean the wreck of an office this week so I actually have room to exercise starting Saturday!5
