Back once again, lost 45lbs back in 2018 and have put it all back on and more (51lbs!) ever since!. I've jumped in and out over the years but didnt have the motivation to carry on.
But i'm the heaviest i ever have been so its time to do something. I've been on a new weight loss journey for around 1 week now and i'm slowly easing myself back in to my old routine so not expecting big numbers as yet.
I'm from the UK and tend to measure in Kg but i try to do the conversions as best i can.
I weigh in on a Sunday.

I am excited to get my act together and lose some dang wt this year. There comes a point and time when you have to turn the corner and start making progress. Happy New Year everyone!! I'm starting 2023 15 pounds lighter than January 1, 2022. Although I reached my goal weight and then some this past year, over the last several months I've not been as diligent and it is showing on the scale. My oldest daughter is getting married in April so I would like to be comfortable in my dress and in pictures. Hoping to trim down a few more pounds and reverse the gaining trend.4 -
I gained so much weight after I stop breastfeeding to my son and I feel so uncomfortable at the moment. I can feel that my weight started to affect my health so I think it's time I seriously change my eating habits and start to lose weight. I hope this challenge will help and hold me accountable.
