I was very ashamed and disappointed through the past week. I ate Alot of unhealthy food from cakes to pastas and fried food etc. I have been too busy to think about or plan healthy food.
I even decided not to weigh myself.. I thought have gained a lot of weight but I decided to weigh myself anyway rather than avoiding it.
It wasnβt as bad as I thought it would be ! I didnβt hit my goal but I am down anyway .. I will continue in the February challenge but will do more regular exercise and more salads ..

Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (Iβll know it when I get there!)
Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
01/01-199.2-(Trend Weight: 199.2)- Good Luck everyone this round! We can do this!
01/03-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.3)-
01/10-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- I just realized that I will be ultra bloated for an extended period of time. Due to all my travel this week, I can only take my water pill one time in 8 days (normally every other day) and it will have to be Thur or Fri. Iβll be floating and will have to watch how hard my heart is working too! The scale is going to reflect this. I really wonβt know much accuracy until it settles down. Travel days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun, Mon.
01/17-197.8-(Trend Weight: 198.6)- Itβs been a tremendous week of travel days and celebration. Iβm very proud of what I have accomplished here. Iβm still staying within my calorie goal but watching the carbs much much closer and trying to get more sleep is really paying off.
01/24-197.8-(Trend Weight: 197.8)- Treading water I suppose.
01/31-194.8-(Trend Weight: 197.0)- I exactly made goal for the first time in forever (5 pound loss) Yay! Iβve really been working hard on both the calories and the carbs. Iβve found that pre-logging my food adds a lot of simplicity and discipline into my day. My mini-goal I made to myself on Dec 10th was to lose 10 pounds by Easter (Apr. 9th). I am feeling right on track. This was a great round in one way or another for so very very many. Congrats on scale and Non-scale victories. See you next round.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

Lose the shame. If you stumble, just get back up and move towards success again. If you decide to eat cake, pasta, and fried food, that is your choice. It will have implications; only you can make the choice. If you eat cake one day, maybe get back on track later the same day. Don't wait for tomorrow much less next week. Dust yourself off and get back to it!

I am excited to get my act together and lose some dang wt this year. There comes a point and time when you have to turn the corner and start making progress. I'm not sure how to do it but its front and center starting this new year. I did pretty well during the holidays, gained 1lb, now lets get to it. Have an awesome month and year everyone.
