Ultimate goal - Range between 145 - 150 141 - 148
I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

Total loss for January It appears I was able to dump pretty much ten pounds of the weight I gained back in October 2020 this month. This is a huge success for me. What a great way to end the month. I don't think I've made a monthly goal in 25 months. This month, I met and and then some; I am back to my goal weight. See you in February where my goal will be to MAINTAIN!

I am excited to get my act together and lose some dang wt this year. There comes a point and time when you have to turn the corner and start making progress. I'm not sure how to do it but its front and center starting this new year. I did pretty well during the holidays, gained 1lb, now lets get to it. Have an awesome month and year everyone.
