Hey Everyone,
Good luck this January! I always feel my best and fittest between 128-130 lbs. I'm trying to get back to that after a long stint of giving my sweet tooth everything it wanted. Having a community of like-minded people to influence me should be a great help, so thanks. Let's do this!

Hi everyone. I have been using MFP off and on for many years. Unfortunately, I have never been consistent with it, and it shows on the scale. I am the heaviest I have ever been and my health is starting to be impacted by that. It is time to get the weight off so that I can get off my blood pressure medications and just improve my health overall. I deserve this and so do my kids.

Iβm excited to get started and a little friendly challenge motivates me. I was a bit horrified when I stepped on the scale this morning but let it begin. I have made my earring plan for the next two weeks with macro counts as well. Good luck to everyone and let 2023 be the year we hit our goals.
