72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

You are funny Chris! I too am currently 72 and used to be 5'6" but now I'm 5'4". I think my accordion is squished too. I hope to transform into a clarinet or maybe a flute??????5 -

01/03-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.3)- After travel, I suppose it could have been worse. Gotta keep in Onederland. Travel again today but it wonβt be nearly as far. With a good protein breakfast I can probably bypass lunch out. My son will want it and the travel is for him. Iβll probably do a drive-thru for him and just have a lunch at home within plan. Time to get super serious! Travel again tomorrow which is further. Lunch will be out but I will try to choose wisely. I really want to lose 10 pounds by Easter. I canβt let the time slip away.

I'm new here and would love to join you.
New year, New me (again.) Last year brought difficulty with graves and hashimotos leading to thyroid removal and a cancer diagnosis after which I gained almost 20 lbs. While I still don't have my energy back, with or without exercise, I need to drop this weight. Previously, I had gotten as low as 170 lbs (6 years ago), which was lower than my prepregnancy weight with my oldest, 18 years ago, but haven't gotten lower than 200 since then. My ultimate goal is to reach 130. I have no idea if it's realistic or not, but that is my goal.
