    @RMommy73 have you double checked your calorie intake? Also has anything changed like a new exercise routine? If you are not menopausal then it could be hormone related depending on where you are in your cycle. Typically you need to track your cycle for a few rounds to understand how it reflects on your weight. I know when I am ovulating I gain a lot of weight. It usually comes off when TTOM rolls around so it takes a long time for me to see a loss again.
