I found this thread on January 10th...a rest day. On that date I had accumulated 5 hours. I was going to wait until February, but it was encouraging to read that beginning mid month still counted! Just adjust number of hours proportionately. 😊 My exercise consists of the eleptical machine, calisthenics, strength training, aerobics and yoga. It changes daily. Today, the 15th....I am able to add an additional 2 hours and 50 minutes. My goal for January 31st is 15 hours.
