    Week 1 total: 6 hours 40 mins

    January total: 18 hours 5 mins / 24 hrs

    Not quite my goal, but such a good effort for my first try!

    1/25 2hr full body strength w/ cardio bursts
    1/26 1hr spin & 1hr restorative yoga

    1/28-30 Rest Days

    Week 3: 9 hrs
    Week 4: 7.5 hrs
    1/29: 30 min yoga; 60 min cardio
    1/30: 20 min kettlebell; 1 hr walk; 20 min yoga
    1/31: 10 min body weight workout; 20 min HIIT (lower body); 25 min cycling; 45 min brisk walk

    Grand TOTAL: 34.5 hrs

    This week I made a real effort to get in my full three hours. Exercise consisted of aerobics, calisthenics and yoga.
    THIS WEEK....3 Hours.....added to last week's 2 hours 50 m Began January 10th with 5 hours

    TOTAL...10 hrs 50 m GOAL....15 HOURS for January

    It's January 31st! My first attempt at this 24 hour Challenge began on January 10th with 5 hours to that date. Its been interesting to note that as the New Year began....like most people...I was very Gung ho! As the month progressed, I continued with my exercise. In the end...my FINAL TALLY IS 11 HOURS 18 MINUTES. Yet in that time, Im definitely fitter, stronger. Im now in a size 8 pant. Now that I have a BASE LINE, I will improve monthly with an ultimate goal to achieve 24 hours...

    SO MUCH RESPECT AND PROUD FOR THOSE MEMBERS WHO HAVE MADE OR SURPASSED THEIR GOALS THIS MONTH. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!

    FEBRUARY GOAL....15 HOURS....THIS TIME KNOW WHAT TO DO 😊
