Had a headache and felt grumpy yesterday and my stomach was constantly growling so gave myself a day off and ate what I wanted. Was curious to see how it affected my weight but I think I needed it because I felt better as soon as I ate something more substantial. It might still show up on the scales tomorrow though 👀

Me please - I sstarted Sept 16, 2021 at 377 pounds - today I am 285 pounds - last week I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I am refusing more meds as I already take a handful 3-4 times a day. I told my doctor I would control it with diet. So here I continue to take anoth 85 pounds off to prove to him I am right!!! I am still going thru diet etc but I had a health nurse come in and she liked what I was eating so I was doing okay and will continue. Thanks for letting me join in our quest.2

too ashamed to post my weight but you guys are all very inspiring , seeing how your weight is going down.
I started Jan 1 , doing 16:8 intermittent fasting and 1500 calories per day. I am on day 29 of no soda and no fast food. I thought giving up my daily soda and candy habit would leave me feeling sluggish but I actually have so much more energy now.
I am also on week 10, day 2 of couch to 5k , only I am walking instead of running. when the little bell chimes to start running I just walk faster.
