    Feb 1: 180.0. Hoping to amp up my loss this month with closer tracking. I've been tracking pretty loosley & not seeing the results I'd like to. No resl surprise there!

    Hi All.

    Would love to jump on if thats ok.

    Getting married in sept, not to worried about losing loads of weight but id like to be happier and healthier and a bit of weight loss will be a bonus.Its nice to hold myself accountable on here as well. Im watching what i eat and im running 3 times a week. Started couch to 5 k just before xmas, got 1 week left to complete the whole course. I've enjoyed challenging myself and getting better (it certainly doesn't get any easier!). This morning I did my first weights session at the gym.

    2023 SW 164lbs


    Feb 1st 160 lbs
    feb 2nd - ran 3k (veryslow!)
    feb 3rd 158 lbs strength training

    Feb 4th- 2.3 mile walk with the dogs and a 5k run with hubby, danced all evening to a great live band at the pub!
    feb 5th -strength training, got in 10k steps
    feb 6th-5k slow run before work
