    Have been doing 5:2 diet this week. Did my 2 fast days on Monday and Wednesday. It will the interesting to see if the drop stays off when I start eating normally 👀

    Ultimate Goal Weight: 180 lbs

    My Daily Goals:

    ✅Hit my daily Garmin step goal
    ✅Hit my water goal (84 oz)
    ✅Move my body daily (gym, walking, yoga, cardio dance etc.)
