I'm shooting for a lb every 11-12 days (give or take). I'm looking to lose 30, maybe 35lbs.

feb 3rd 158 lbs- strength training
Feb 4th- 2.3 mile walk with the dogs and a 5k run with hubby, danced all evening to a great live band at the pub!
feb 5th -strength training, got in 10k steps
feb 6th-5k slow run before work, 2 mile walk in my lunch break
Feb 7th-35 minutes strength training in the gym before work, 2 mile lunch break walk.0 -
