    So 10lb of this is water weight from eating carbs!
    Lowest weight ever as an adult!
    Just 11lb away from my end goal and 100lb loss

    That's an amazing drop this month!! Way to rock the drop!! How did you manage this.....by cutting carbs?? I've been eating more than usual so not going down that's for sure. This encourages me. Fabulous month. And so close to reaching your goal. Proves there is an end if we stick to the plan.

    Lost the count in 3 of the 7 days, but this week also had positive things, such as exercising more than last week. In any case didn't expected such a hike in my weight. This week I'll do much better.
