I lost 120 pounds last year, and now I'm losing the last 10

Looking for friends to encourage and be encouraged by. I do a lot of walking (15-30,000) a day and watch my caloric intake. Feel free to add me since I recently started using this app regularly again.

    Welcome back!

    I like to walk a lot too, and hike as well. On days I don't go for a walk or hike, I'm usually in the 7500 step range more or less, but definitely a lot more on big walk or hike days. I haven't seen a 30,000 step day in a while though.

    You tagged your message with "maintenance" and also "10+ pounds to lose." What are your goals other than tracking exercise? Or maybe it's just tracking exercise, and that's awesome too.
