I'm Chris - 72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

I think you are already on to it when you say youโll be more active - I find my energy for eating well, drinking more water and other good habits goes waaaay up when Iโm getting in plenty of walks. At least for me, the connection between moving your body and treating it right (nutrition, hydration, sleep) seems to be an important one. On days where I move less, the other things just seem to be more of a challenge!

Total loss for March Even though the scale is up a bit the last couple days, I pay more attention to the trend, and by that I am holding steady again this week. My weight is essentially unchanged from last week. I am pleased to be maintaining as very steady weight for the fifth week in a row.
